SignIT started from a simple observation: most agreements begin and end in email, yet the tools around them force people out of their inbox and away from the assistants they already use. We are building the layer that keeps the conversation and makes it safe, structured, and signable.

What we believe

• The database, not the mail provider, is the source of truth.
• AI should be able to do the work — under human review, never around it.
• Security is a property of the design, not a checklist at the end.
• Access is earned through onboarding, not granted by a signup form.

SignIT is currently an independent, founder-led project. No company has been incorporated yet, so we do not claim a registered company name, number, office, or jurisdiction. If and when an entity is formed, this page will be updated with the accurate details.

SignIT is not affiliated with Yousign, Youtrust, DocuSign, Adobe, Dropbox Sign, PandaDoc, SignNow, or any other company. We use the existing yousignit.org domain to move quickly and validate the product with no budget, and we are transparent about the naming similarity; we intend to move to a distinctive brand and domain later, without changing the underlying product.
