Privacy notice

This summary describes how the SignIT private alpha handles information. It will be replaced by a full policy before general availability.

What we collect

  • Details you submit through the contact and private-alpha forms.
  • Agreements and messages you send to SignIT, stored per organization.
  • Basic operational metadata needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

  • To review alpha applications and to reply to you.
  • To provide the document and signing workflow you initiate.
  • To keep the service secure — for example, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

AI processing

  • When you use AI features, the relevant document or message text may be sent to an approved model provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate a response. Provider choice is governed by policy; customer content is never sent to a provider that policy has not approved.
  • AI assists the workflow but never authorises a signature, sends on your behalf, or approves a consequential action without explicit human review.

Retention & deletion

  • Alpha application and contact submissions are retained to review and reply, and deleted on request.
  • Agreements, documents, and the signing/evidence audit trail are retained per organization while the workspace is active; completed-agreement evidence is retained as the integrity record of what was signed.
  • You can request access to, or deletion of, your data via the contact form; deletion of a completed agreement's evidence may be limited where retaining it is necessary to prove what was signed.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • Team notifications about agreements are metadata-only by design — never message bodies, attachments, or tokens.
  • We store submission IP addresses in a reduced, privacy-preserving form.
  • This is an early alpha: data may change, and we make no compliance-certification claims (see Security for known limitations).
